Airas develops and operates mobile applications, websites, and online platforms, including but not limited to the Angadi app, that may provide offers, promotions, classifieds, market data, and other digital services.

5. User-Generated Content

Some Airas Services (such as Angadi) allow you to post or share content, including listings, messages, or media (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the information you share.
• You will not post anything illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing.
• You will not include sensitive personal data (such as ID numbers, financial info, or private details) unless explicitly required by the app feature.
• You grant Airas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary for app operation.
• Airas reserves the right to review, remove, or disable any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with app functionality or security (e.g., hacking, spamming).
• Post content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activities.
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users.
• Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials within our Services (logos, code, design, content, trademarks, etc.) are the intellectual property of Airas or its licensors.

• Upon termination, your license to use the Services will end immediately.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, particularly those applicable in the State of Kerala.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

with a revised effective date.
Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
